Returns & Quality Promise

Every CUEDOS tee is made to order — printed just for you. We care about quality, comfort, and making sure what lands on your doorstep is exactly what you expected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the item.

To cancel, email support@cuedos.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Return Conditions (Cooling-Off Period)

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage

Because our products are made to order, you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (30-Day Right to Reject)

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and receive a full refund.

Email support@cuedos.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo

If the issue is confirmed:

  • We will cover return costs

  • You’ll receive a replacement or full refund

3. Our Quality Promise (Print-On-Demand Specific)

We stand behind every CUEDOS tee.

If your item has a manufacturing defect or print fault within 30 days of delivery — including:

  • Print misalignment

  • Cracking or peeling under normal washing conditions

  • Stitching defects

  • Fabric faults

We’ll replace it or refund you.

This does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage caused by incorrect washing

  • Accidental damage

  • Issues caused by not following care instructions

4. Sizing & Made-To-Order Items

Each item is printed specifically to your chosen size.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. We strongly recommend comparing the measurements to a t-shirt you already own.

Because items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind after production begins

Your statutory 14-day cancellation right still applies, provided the item is returned in original condition.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of:

  • Receiving returned goods, or

  • Agreeing a refund for a confirmed fault
