OVERVIEW

Welcome to CUEDOS. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CUEDOS.

CUEDOS operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced within them (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We aim to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen or device.

  • Minor variations in products may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

Nothing in this section excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to the remedies available under UK law.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. At this point, a legally binding contract is formed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where:

  • Products are unavailable

  • There has been a pricing or description error

  • We suspect fraud or misuse

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Your statutory cancellation rights (including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Under UK law, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Risk does not pass to you until delivery has occurred.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as courier delays, customs, strikes, or force majeure events).

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, designs and branding — is owned by or licensed to CUEDOS and is protected under UK intellectual property law.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

“CUEDOS” and related branding are our trademarks. Shopify trademarks remain the property of Shopify.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with CUEDOS.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by CUEDOS or for any contract formed between you and us.

9. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK].

Certain information may also be processed by Shopify as described in their Privacy Policy.

10. FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, feedback or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish that content for business purposes.

You must ensure any content you submit:

  • Is accurate

  • Does not infringe intellectual property rights

  • Is not unlawful, abusive or defamatory

We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms.

11. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information without prior notice.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You must not use the Services:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter that cannot legally be limited under UK law

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses where not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify CUEDOS against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes.
